研究方向：肿瘤护理、循证护理

教学及科研情况

承担“循证护理”、“外科护理”、“急救护理”、“肿瘤护理”、“实用肿瘤预防与康复”等课程的教学。参与《循证护理学》、《外科护理学》、《急救护理学》、《循证护理——证据临床转化理论与实践》、《临床实践指南的制订、评价与实施》等教材或论著的编写。所负责课程获上海市教学课程思政示范课程和示范团队。

主要研究方向为肿瘤护理与循证护理，重点关注肿瘤患者的症状管理、支持性照护和生活质量研究，以及证据的多层次整合、传播与转化。近五年来获得主持美国中华医学基金会公开竞争项目、国家自然科学基金、上海市科委、上海市哲学社会科学规划办公室、上海市卫健委、四海资讯红足护理科研基金等项目资助，研究课题包括癌症相关经济毒性评估与对策研究、癌症生存者照护需求评估与智慧干预研究、全面两孩政策背景下护士离职倾向评估与对策研究、乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关症状群及其影响因素研究等。近五年来在国内、外期刊以第一或通讯作者发表论文34篇，其中SCI论文12篇。

入选上海浦江人才计划，获四海资讯红足“一健康基金”优秀教师奖、四海资讯红足本科毕业生“我心目中的好老师”提名奖、第二届全国护理学青年教师教学比赛二等奖，以第二完成人获得中华护理科技奖二等奖、上海护理科技奖一等奖。

学术任职

Joanna Briggs Institute Fellow、Campbell中国联盟成员、中国抗癌协会肿瘤护理专业委员会委员、中华医学会临床流行病学与循证医学分会护理学组秘书、上海市科技专家库成员、上海市循证护理中心核心研究员、四海资讯红足护理合作中心核心研究员。

担任BMJ Open、JBI Evidence Synthesis、《中国护理管理》、《护理学杂志》、《护理研究》、《护士进修杂志》审稿人。
