教学及科研情况

承担“循证护理学”、“肿瘤护理学”、“儿科护理学”等课程的教学。主编卫健委十三五规划教材《护理研究》、《循证护理学》，并担任《实用肿瘤护理》、《实用艾滋病护理》等教材/专著的主编。参与《Complex Interventions in Health: An Overview of Research Methods》、《Wisdom and Evidence-Based Health Care》等专著的编写。

近五年来获得国家自然科学基金、国家卫健委GHSP、上海市科委、上海市教委等基金项目资助，研究课题包括绝经后乳腺癌内分泌治疗患者骨关节症状精准预测和干预研究、艾滋病患者症状管理和整合式照护模式研究、促进城市医养护融合的老年人长期照护循证决策研究、循证护理及证据转化研究等。近年来在国内、国外核心期刊中以第一作者或者通讯作者发表论文200篇，其中SCI论文45篇。指导博士后、博士及硕士研究生五十余名。

曾获得中华护理学会科技奖二等奖、全国第一届医药学研究生教育成果一等奖等称号，所负责的“儿科护理学”课程获得首批国家一流课程。

学术任职

现任四海资讯红足院长，四海资讯红足 JBI 循证护理合作中心主任。

兼任教育部高等学校护理学专业本科教学指导委员会副主任委员，教育部全国医学专业学位研究生教育指导委员会护理分委会第二召集人，中华医学会临床流行病与循证医学分会护理学组组长,国家卫健委卫生健康标准委员会护理标委会委员，上海市循证护理中心主任，上海护理学会副理事长。

担任《护士进修杂志》名誉主编、《中华护理教育》、《上海护理》副主编，《Journal of Advance Nursing》、《Journal of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care》等多本国内外护理期刊编委。
