教育背景
2006年毕业于四海资讯红足护理学专业，获学士学位
2009年获四海资讯红足教育学硕士学位
2016年获四海资讯红足管理学博士学位
教学及科研情况
承担“健康与护理”、“护理学导论”、“护理学基础”、“老年护理”、“护理教育学”等课程的教学。参编人卫社研究生教材《护理教育理论与实践》，副主编专著《长期护理保险理论与实践》、《居家护理实务》。
曾参与上海市老年医疗护理服务体系发展十三五规划编制、上海市高龄老人居家医疗护理项目政策评估、上海市医养结合政策评估、浙江省长期护理保险地方标准研制、国家医保局长期护理保险支付政策和标准研究；主持上海市政府决策咨询重点项目“上海社区健康服务体系建设”、上海市政府决策咨询民政专项“新时代上海社会福利体系建设研究”、上海市软科重点项目“数字化协同治理框架下上海居家社区老人长期服务与支持的路径和机制研究”，相关成果获市领导批示。近几年以（共同）第一/通讯作者发表核心期刊论文三十余篇，其中SCI论文12篇。
学术任职
兼任中华护理学会老年专委会青委副组长，上海复宁长期照护评估指导中心理事。
